I just received my second Paypal funds withdrawal to my Public Bank Visa Electron debit card on Tuesday. I sent the withdrawal request last Friday. It showed as completed on my Paypal account on Saturday. On Monday is the first working day for Malaysian banks so my money did not arrive yet.
I expected my money on Tuesday & gave it a whole day of banking hours to have my money loaded onto my PB debit card. As expected, my money is in my debit card when I called the card services to know my card’s balance. I haven’t tried doing withdrawals on Monday so I would not know how long the process takes on week days.
