My plan to avoid debt is to make as little purchases that include loans as possible. However, I am unsure whether I can buy a house or apartment without having to take a loan from the bank. Perhaps I can earn enough money per month to buy my new home with cash. Hey, who am I kidding? Come on, I'm not Bill Gates. Another part of my plan is to earn more money so that the monthly mortgage payment for my new home is not going to take a significant chunk out of my monthly income. The second part of my debt management plan sounds more realistic.
