Special Thanks to GESW Customers in October 2011

Special thanks to the batch of GESW customers in October. Overall, deals went smoothly and all customers seem satisfied with their orders. There was only one issue package reported as "no-arrival" by Mr. Chong Wan Wai to Menglembu, Ipoh, Perak. This is unfortunate and the package might have been lost or stolen. This is the first incident out of roughly 50 clean record deliveries for FREE shipping method throughout East & West Malaysia. Such things however well avoided, do happen. Hopefully, it shall never happen again. Mr. Chong Wan Wai's refund is currently in process. Highly recommend Registered Shipping method instead for purchases over US$5 so that you can track your items' status all the way.
