I finally printed the Public Bank Visa Electron online application today. The application was printed in 3 separate pieces. All I had to do was sign it (Not much use for the extra copies). The info was placed when I filled the application half a month ago. It takes only a few working days for the letter to reach the Public bank credit card department. So the 30 day limit is far from over. I can save around RM 10 per week using the PB Visa eletron for Paypal Withdrawals in Malaysia.
