One good place to practice your English language writing skills is at AssociatedContent.com. You can submit your written English language articles to the website in exchange for remuneration ranging from a few $3 to at most $20 (Highest amount I received was $5.5 for a non exclusive). Submitted articles should be at least 400 words.
Additionally, check to see which category that your article can fit into as some categories do not have remuneration for submitted articles. From my experience, memoirs & movie reviews do not produce payments. It is a good way to start blogging because one can split a 400 word article into around six (over 50 words) blog posts.
