Visiting other people’s blogs & leaving comments is a good way to approach other blog owners & request a link exchange to each other’s blogs. Try to find a blog that is relevant or similar to your blog because Google looks at the relevant incoming links to increase your blog’s PageRank. I have a whole collection of bookmarked blogs which I visit occasionally & approach the owners for link exchanges.
