I have not received any reply from Bloggerwave. It has been around a month or more passed since the blogging marketplace had reshuffled its system into PHP. The information on my account is still incorrect.
Bloggerwave still owes me $20 for the sponsored posts. Well, it does not seem like there is any progress regarding the issue or going to be any in the future. It is like trying to talk to somebody when you are alone in a ghost town. PhhBBtt! :P
