Well, I thought to myself that it was quite strange. I opened my Paypal account & saw that my funds had been reversed. Well, so much for my VMI debit card. It was good while it lasted. I still have around $3 remaining in my VMI debit card account which I doubt that I can ever use.
I guess it is going to only my Public Bank Visa Electron to be used for my Paypal funds withdrawals from today onwards. Well, at least until I found out why my newest Paypal to VMI transfer was reversed & clarify future usage of my VMI debit card.
