What makes things worst is that the internet connection speed is slow with the prepaid dial-up connection in Tatarstan. One cannot expect broadband like performance from Dial-up internet. I have not used dial-up internet since the 1990s in Malaysia.
The last experience I had using dial-up internet was also in Tatarstan back in 2005. By the way, I am currently on my holiday in Tatarstan, Russia. I should look into some mobile internet connection during my stay in Kazan, Tatarstan, Russia. At the moment, I only log on to the internet when necessary to keep my blogging hobby costs down in Tatarstan.
