Dell had dropped from being the number one in the PC market & is now number three behind HP & Acer; first & second respectively. Dell’s main market is enterprises & governments. The inherent problem with selling to large buyers is that once the buyer finds problems or is unsatisfied with the products; they tend to change brands just like normal buyers. It happens on a much larger scale & involves other things too.
