Bloggers are NOT Robots!

Let me tell you about my one experience with an advertiser at one of the up & coming blogging marketplace on the internet. The advertiser offered me two opps (opportunities) for sponsored posts which was $10 each minus the fees. It was about a review on an e-book. It took about two weeks for me to receive the e-book so I wrote a 150 words plus review mentioning the e-book, referring to the url websites the advertiser provided bloggers. Just a week ago, the advertiser finally got the e-books circulated to the bloggers so I told her that I had finished the reviews. Now, the advertiser wants the reviews corrected because it is not a review of the e-book.

The advertiser expects bloggers to read the e-book & then write a review about it?

For goodness sakes, the e-book is 180 plus pages long! I might as well go find a good book to read rather than the market research niche e-book. The advertiser definitely has no idea about how bloggers write sponsored posts.

Would you do it for only $10?

I sure as heck am not going to do it. The advertiser can keep the $20 & go ask some other willing blogger to write the review. Unbelievable! The advertiser thinks us bloggers are scan pages robots? Forget it! I will probably delete the posts & use them, minus the links to the site, of course. Maybe things will turn out good. Just recently the advertiser said would approve at least one of my reviews after some corrections. Boy, the particular advertiser is so fickle minded!

Hi, Selerines. I earn money from sponsored posts on about 4 of my blogs. You can view the entire collection of my blogs at blog.aimvotal.com. The whole list is on the right hand side of the blog.

So about PR..no, it's not necessary but helps to receive more offers hence more work & money. I have a whole list of the popular blogging marketplaces that you may want to join. So click the link.

I think you will not earn much from that $10 deal. For me that's a loss, because you can spend the reading time to catch some other opportunity that will give you $10 or more.

Hi, Gem

How are you?

Thanks for stopping by my blog & leaving a comment! I did not read the 180 page e-book & I know you would do the same too. It is unprofitable for us bloggers to read such an e-book for only $10 remuneration.

So, yes,I definitely agree with you! Just flicked through some parts of it. :-) Thanks for your opinion! Do stop by again!
