This video is the first lecture of the Internet Technology Series made available by the National Programme on Technology Enhanced Learning, a joint venture by Indian institutes of technology & Indian institutes of science. Explained in this video is the way the internet has evolved over the years, the way the technology has developed, looking at the different internet applications, the way a new standard is submitted in the internet community, and a quick look of the overall content of the video series.
