Quite the Valley of the Sun

I just wrote a bit about Phoenix real estate in a sponsored post a while ago on my movie special blog. The market is really hot. I mean literally hot. People do not call Phoenix the Valley of the Sun just because it sounds good.

The daily average air temperature during summer can sore up is 30.8°C (87.4°F). It seems tolerable but it is just the average temperature. On some days, the temperature can reach to as high as 115°F! Blazing pants on fire! No wonder the early Indian civilization of the Hohokam disappeared around 700 ad. They probably could not take the heat. Just kidding.

Nonetheless, real estate looks good around the city. There's low density as the city of Phoenix is one of the largest cities in the U.S but with only around a million or so population. The desert temperatures, I have read, may rise towards insanity. So, it is best to keep your real estate interests within city limits.
