VMI Debit Card Account Balance Minimum is Roughly $14.95 for Malaysians

I wanted to get my cash at the local ATM with my VMI debit card. I calculated the sum of money which I could cash out from the ATM minus $10 as a minimum in my VMI debit card account. A big “Insufficient Balance” showed on the ATM screen. So, I took out RM50 less than the previous amount. Hence in the future, $14.95 in my VMI debit card account as a minimum should work fine.
