Very low system resources are a common problem with computers & are the result of either a low amount of RAM or low disk space. Hence, you will experience your computer operating in a slower manner than usual. The solution would be to defragment your computer’s hard drive & delete the files that are not required & no longer used.
However, do not go into the operating sytem’s folder & start deleting files & folders that you do not understand its purpose. Stick to your own files & folders for deletion.
