The IEL blog got promoted to a PR2 ranking, got demoted to a PR0 ranking, then got promoted to a PR3 ranking, got demoted to a PR0 ranking; then promoted to a PR3 ranking once again, & now demoted yet again to a PR0 ranking!
When will the roller coaster ride with Google PR on IEL blog end? I know when it will end. It is possible that the forced roller coaster ride is closely related to sponsored posts on the IEL blog. When there are little or no sponsored posts, then the PR goes up. When there are a lot of sponsored posts, then the PR goes down.
