I am no expert at PR. You see, my blogs Google PR tend to go up & down. I can tell you some basic stuff for better Google PR.
Quality content, more relevant incoming links to your blog. No sponsored posts as Google dislikes it. Also, move to your own domain & hosting & use Wordpress.
A million or maybe less but equally significant visits per month will have your blog rise to the top Google PR ranks.
