Have only the thought of “high quality sleep” in my mind – always. High quality sleep: Yes, it was late, but I had really good sleep. You know; the kind of sleep that gives dreams. I dreamed last night. In my dream I heard the sound of somebody working the ladder to climb up my window. It was a good layered dream. You know, where you wake up in your dream only to realize that you're still in the dream. Anyway, I felt like I had enough sleep even though I slept only for a few hours. Maybe I'm being delusional.
