PC Maintenance Cleaning Xigmatek Freezing Point G4718

Trying this new non-silicone Xigmatek Freezing Point G4718 Thermal Compound on my computer's CPU. Took out the CPU cooler for maintenance cleaning and found the original thermal past depleted. Non-silicone type thermal compound is like RM10 higher priced than the silicone counterpart. The prior should last longer (I hope) and short term performance difference is marginal.
